Reflections Memory Cafe is a judgment-free space where individuals with dementia, their families, and caregivers can connect. Gatherings include music and sing-alongs, arts and crafts, gentle activities like chair yoga, games and reminiscence, plus light refreshments and a supportive community. Walk-ins are welcome; RSVP is appreciated so organizers can plan activities and refreshments.
